I currently work as the design engineer for a custom enclosed trailer company. The photos and screenshots below are of past projects. My roles at this job include:
- Complete design of all projects from the ground up – axle specs, frame members and frame design, interior finishes and layouts, electrical/plumbing component locations, create scope of work sheets and cut lists, 3D models, and 2D design drawings for fabrication and client approval
- We work with clients to design and fabricate custom enclosed trailers and
provide mobile solutions for a diverse group of industries including communications, fire safety, education, emergency response and decontamination, marketing, automotive transport, medical and mortuary, custom equipment enclosures, and food vending - Assist with quoting new projects, procurement, and project management
- Work directly with the fabricators to design solutions and specify interior finishes
